Welcome to Nunavut Harvesters Association

The Nunavut Harvesters Association was incorporated by Nunavut Tungavit Incorporated (NTI) and Nunavut Development Corporation (NDC) to develop and promote the conservation, economic development and sustainable harvesting of wildlife and natural resources found in Nunavut.

The NHA has set up a committee to administer and deliver the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada initiative entitled Canadian Agricultural Adaptation Program. This program was developed as a successor to the Canadian Adaptation and Rural Development Fund and the Advancing Canadian Agriculture and Agri-Food programs. CAAP will continue the innovative industry-lead approach developed by both of its predecessor programs CARD and ACAAF.
